We reserve the right to display anonymously the work produced for every customer on our website, and the copyright of the work finished

  • Can I get a design custom made or as per an image I have or tattoo etc?
    Yes. You can either get a specific picture or a custom made design. We will design it for you as per customer's request/ specification.
  • Do I have to pay extra for a custom made picture?
    No The design is included in the price you will be quoted
  • How long will it take for a project to finish?
    It depends on the design requested. However, if it is an urgent request we will do our outmost to have t ready for your specific deadline
  • Do I have any control over the end product?
    Yes, you will be given several choices and options through out the project from design, to layout, even to the final finish of the picture you require.
  • How will I receive the finished item?
    We aim to deliver depending on location. If we cannot deliver then we will post 1st class registered mail and we will provide you with the tracking Id.
  • Do you charge postage?
    If postage is under £5.00, we will not charge. i If the postage costs are over £5.00, then we will charge on top of the agreed price and we will supply you with a copy of the receipt for your records.
  • My item got damaged in the post can you help?
    If the item gets damaged in the post, we will try when possible, to fix or replace the item depending on the extent of the damage. Note: 1. Only legitinmate claims will be considered 2. We will not charge for any repair work needed. 3. You will have to get the item to us for the repair work to take place
  • When does the work start?
    Once the design is agreed, we will quote a price and time frame for the work to be finalised. If customer agrees to the price and time frame, then the work will commence. The time frame quoted does not include delivery, as delivery is outwith our control.
  • When do I pay?
    When everything has been agreed with the customer, a 50% deposit is required and has to be paid before work starts. The final 50% payment should be made before posting. Payment is only accepted by BACS or Paypal- details to be provided individually
  • Can I get my money back, if I receive the item and do not like it?"
    No refunds are available. We give you creative control through out the project. Any changes, if possible will be done, and the final finish will be agreed and applied. Before posting, an image will be emailed to you for your records
  • Can I have colour added in my picture and can I have a choice
    Yes of course. This is among the details that will have to be agreed upon prior to the beginning of the project
  • Can I get a duplicate or variation of something I saw on your website?
    Yes you can, as we retain the right to dislpay and the copyright on all the work done (as per our T&C's)
